- One package of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheese*
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1/8 cup chopped chives or green onion
- 1 jar red pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, dry mustard, salt, pepper, grated cheese, chopped ham and chives.
- Spread thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into 24 squares
- Place puff pastry squares into each of the muffin tin openings.
- Put about a tablespoon of the ham and cheese mixture into each muffin tin.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.
- Top each puff with red pepper jelly.
Notes
- I like gruyere and sharp cheddar, but you can use any kind of grated cheese
