I grew up in South Florida and I can assure you that this four-ingredient key lime pie is a dessert lover’s dream come true. It’s a breeze to make, bursting with citrusy goodness, and a guaranteed hit at any gathering. One bite and you’ll feel like you’re instantly transported to Key West.


  1. Premade graham cracker pie crust
  2. 3 egg yolks
  3. 140unce can sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice (or freshly squeezed key limes)

Optional Garnish:

Whipped cream and grated zest of one lime


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix egg yolks, one can of sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes until set.
  4. Let cook for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
  5. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lime slices or lime zest.
