I grew up in South Florida and I can assure you that this four-ingredient key lime pie is a dessert lover’s dream come true. It’s a breeze to make, bursting with citrusy goodness, and a guaranteed hit at any gathering. One bite and you’ll feel like you’re instantly transported to Key West.

- Premade graham cracker pie crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 14–0unce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice (or freshly squeezed key limes)
Optional Garnish:
Whipped cream and grated zest of one lime
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix egg yolks, one can of sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes until set.
- Let cook for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
- Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lime slices or lime zest.
