I love deviled eggs (especially the filling) but I hate making them. This creamy high-protein deviled egg dip tastes like the inside of a deviled egg. Dip veggies or crackers in it for a healthy snack. And it has nearly 40 grams of protein.
I discovered this recipe from The Dip King on TikTok. He’s a great follow and he’s lost over 100 pounds by eating a healthy high-protein diet. This recipe is my variation.

What Makes Deviled Egg Dip High Protein?
This recipe uses two powerhouse high protein ingredients: cottage cheese and eggs.
Cottage cheese is having a resurgence right now and for good reason. It’s high in calcium, but that’s just one of several nutrients that make it worth adding to your diet. Cottage cheese is also a great source of vitamin B12, which plays an important role in preventing anemia. Plus it’s packed with protein. A one-cup serving of low fat cottage cheese contains 185 calories and 25 grams of protein. Full fat cottage cheese clocks in at 220 calories and 28 grams of protein.
The BEST Cottage Cheese
The organic whole milk cottage cheese made by Kalona Supernatural is my favorite. Their cottage cheese is a blend of nonfat milk, cream, and Celtic Sea Salt®, an unprocessed whole salt that’s hand-harvested on the Brittany coast of France.
Kalona starts with organic milk from grass-fed cows on sustainable family farms. Once the milk is HTST pasteurized, enzymes are added to start the curd-making process. Over four to five hours, the curds continue to form inside the cheese vat. Upon completion, the whey is removed and transported to a nearby processing facility where it’s dried and converted to protein powder for use in other products. Then, the curds are cut, cooled, and moved to a new vat where the cottage cheese dressing is added.
How To Serve Deviled Egg Dip
I like like to serve this dip with fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers) for dipping. You can also dip crackers or chips in it. It’s also delicious smeared on a slice of toasted/grilled bread (or a bagel) and topped with bacon crumbles, chopped tomatoes and microgreens.

I did not watch the videos but a tablespoon of the paprika was WAY too much
Feel free to use less paprika.
