Description

This creamy high-protein deviled egg dip tastes like the inside of a deviled egg. Dip veggies or crackers in it for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg (plus one additional hard boiled egg yolk)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish
  • 1 spring fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Garnish with additional smoked paprika or chopped chives.
  3. Serve with vegetables and crackers
