Tried It! Walking Pad Treadmill Review

Everyone knows that sitting is the new smoking and that we should get 10,000 steps a day. But that can be a challenge! Ten thousand steps is the equivalent about five miles. That’s why I decided to buy a walking pad that fits under my standing desk and share my walking pad treadmill review with you.

In today’s sedentary world, where many of us spend the majority of our day sitting at desks or in front of screens, it’s more important than ever to find ways to incorporate movement into our daily routines. One innovative solution is the combination of a standing desk and a walking pad or treadmill. Not only do these setups promote better health, but they can also enhance productivity.

I track my steps on my Apple watch and on an average day I get around 5,000 (IF I go to the gym and take a walk.) If I skip the gym, I often don’t get more than 3,000. By using the walking pad treadmill it’s easy to get an additional 5,000 steps in about 40 minutes while I’m doing other things.
