If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly dinner that’s ready in under an hour and guaranteed to disappear fast, you need to try Quick and Easy Bubble Pizza. This retro recipe is pure comfort food magic—biscuit dough, pizza sauce, melty cheese, and all your favorite toppings baked into a bubbling, golden casserole. It’s the kind of meal that makes everyone gather around the table without a second call.

Whether you’re cooking for a busy weeknight, feeding a hungry crowd, or just craving something cheesy and satisfying, bubble pizza is the answer. The best part? It’s endlessly customizable and requires zero dough-rolling skills.

What Is Bubble Pizza?

Bubble pizza, sometimes called pull-apart pizza or biscuit pizza bake, is a genius shortcut recipe that uses canned biscuit dough as the base. You cut the biscuit dough into quarters, toss it with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and toppings, then bake until it’s puffed, golden, and bubbling. The biscuit pieces “bubble up” as they bake, creating a soft, chewy, pull-apart texture that’s impossible to resist.

Think of it as the pizza version of monkey bread—each bite is saucy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor.

Delicious Bubble Pizza Variations

Once you’ve tried the classic pepperoni version, you’ll want to mix things up. Here are some creative ways to make bubble pizza even more fun and flavorful:

Supreme Bubble Pizza

Go all-in with classic pizza toppings like sautéed bell peppers, onions, sliced black olives, mushrooms, mini pepperoni, and crumbled Italian sausage. Sprinkle with extra oregano and red pepper flakes for that pizzeria vibe.

Garlic Butter White Pizza Bubble Bake

Skip the red sauce and toss biscuit pieces in garlic butter instead. Add shredded mozzarella, dollops of ricotta cheese, and a handful of baby spinach. After baking, drizzle with basil pesto for a fresh, garlicky twist.

Buffalo Chicken Bubble Pizza

Combine biscuit dough with shredded rotisserie chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. It’s everything you love about wings, baked into a cheesy, pull-apart pizza.

Hawaiian BBQ Bubble Pizza

For a sweet and smoky twist, swap the marinara for BBQ sauce and add diced ham, pineapple chunks, mozzarella, and red onion. Top with chopped cilantro after baking for a bright, fresh finish.

Breakfast Bubble Pizza

Yes, pizza for breakfast! Mix biscuit pieces with scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, shredded cheddar, and a few dollops of sausage gravy. It’s a brunch-worthy, savory bake that’s sure to impress.

Mediterranean Bubble Pizza

Add a little global flavor by tossing biscuit dough with sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and mozzarella. Drizzle with garlic olive oil before baking and garnish with fresh oregano or parsley.

Sweet & Savory Fall Bubble Pizza

Take things seasonal with caramelized onions, roasted butternut squash cubes, goat cheese, and a light honey drizzle. Toss the biscuit dough with a little olive oil and rosemary for extra autumn flavor.

What To Serve With Quick and Easy Bubble Pizza?

This is a one dish complete meal so all you really need to add is a simple salad.
