This Fab4 Pitaya Smoothie is an explosion of taste, texture, color and nutrition. It uses frozen pitaya (dragon fruit), collagen and greens. So yummy!

- 1 (3.5 ounce) pack frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- handful of greens
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides or vanilla collagen.
- 1–2 cups liquid (almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, coconut water)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and combine until smooth.
SMOOTHIE: Pour into a glass and drink
SMOOTHIE BOWL: Use less liquid so mixture remains thicker. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut, granola or whatever you like.
