Description
A creamy, dreamy Fab Four Smoothie recipe based on the classic PB&J (peanut butter and jelly) sandwich – minus the gluten, preservatives and processed junk.

- 3 or 4 frozen strawberries (1/3 cup)
- 1 tablespoon no-sugar peanut butter (or substitute the nut butter of your choice)
- 2 scoops collagen peptides – I like Vital Proteins and Primal Foods
- 1 handful of greens
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cacao and peanut butter Blender Bomb
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
Notes
If you don’t have a Blender Bomb just add a little hemp hearts, chia seeds (or both) for some extra fiber.
For nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
