This creamy high-protein deviled egg dip tastes like the inside of a deviled egg. Dip veggies or crackers in it for a healthy snack.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 hard boiled egg (plus one additional hard boiled egg yolk)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish
- 1 spring fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Garnish with additional smoked paprika or chopped chives.
- Serve with vegetables and crackers
