READ THE GROWNUPDISH JUNE 2026 NEWSLETTER
June means Farmer’s Market season and that’s where you’ll find me on the weekends, cold brew in one hand and the dog leash in the other, while I juggle my overflowing bag of goodies.
May was a lot of fun and I put together a little video of some of the highlights including my Voices Rock concert, spending Mother’s Day in Cali with my kids and grandkids, great times with our friends, and more. May was also a super stressful month and this your reminder that social media is a highlight reel and doesn’t usually reflect everything that is happening.
We’re about to embark on a big home improvement project in our back yard. We’re knocking down our old wood deck and installing a new concrete patio and gazebo. It should be finished by the end of June when my whole family is visiting.
Speaking of family, if all goes according to plan, later this week my stepson and 2-year-old granddaughter Noelle are leaving Kuwait and relocating to Colorado Springs (about 90 miles away.) I’ve been waiting my whole life for a little girl!
