Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD

  • salad greens (romaine, bibb lettuce, or mixed greens)
  • carrots (chopped or shredded)
  • avocado (diced)
  • green onion (finely chopped)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber, chopped
  • Feel free to add any other vegetables that you like
  • cooked and peeled shrimp (leave whole or chop)

REMOULADE SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons horseradish
  • (optional) 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • (optional) fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  • Prepare your salad in a large bowl or on individual plates.
  • Mix all remoulade sauce ingredients together.
  • Top salad with the remoulade sauce.
