FOR THE SALAD
- salad greens (romaine, bibb lettuce, or mixed greens)
- carrots (chopped or shredded)
- avocado (diced)
- green onion (finely chopped)
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumber, chopped

- cooked and peeled shrimp (leave whole or chop)
REMOULADE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 – 3 tablespoons horseradish
- (optional) 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper
- (optional) fresh chopped chives
Instructions
- Prepare your salad in a large bowl or on individual plates.
- Mix all remoulade sauce ingredients together.
- Top salad with the remoulade sauce.
