1 – 2 Jalapeno peppers, finely diced (remove seeds for less spice)
3 green onions, chopped (or substitute chives)

1 lime (or substitute lemon) juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
hot sauce to taste
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
One avocado, chopped
salt and pepper
