There are a number of apps such as Headspace which feature a variety of guided meditations (for sleep, anxiety, performance, etc.) Headspace offers a free trial and if you have an Amazon Alexa device you can enable the free “Headspace skill” and get either a general meditation or a sleep meditation daily.
