This healthy, creamy & dreamy Pumpkin Spice Fab Four Smoothie will keep you full for hours. No sugar, gluten, preservatives or processed junk. So yummy!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup organic unsweetened pumpkin
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides – I like Vital Proteins and Primal Foods
  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1 medjool date
  • small handful of frozen greens
  • 11 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds, chia seeds or 1 Blender Bomb
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil or coconut oil
  • 12 teaspoons pumpkin spice seasoning (unsweetened)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.

Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
