- 1/3 cup organic unsweetened pumpkin
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides – I like Vital Proteins and Primal Foods
- 1/2 frozen banana or 1 medjool date
- small handful of frozen greens
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds, chia seeds or 1 Blender Bomb
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil or coconut oil
- 1 – 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice seasoning (unsweetened)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
