Description
Oreo Cookie Butter Cups, a no-bake masterpiece that combines the irresistible crunch of Oreo cookies, the lightness of sugar-free whipped cream, and the rich, nutty goodness of melted cookie butter.

- One package of Oreo cookies
- One 1 ounce jar of cookie butter (I like the Biscoff and Trader Joes brands best)
- Regular or sugar free whipped cream (see notes)
- Sturdy muffin tin liners
Instructions
- Make sugar-free or regular whipped cream. (See notes.)
- Place 10 – 12 of the Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them well.
- Place one Oreo cookie in each of the muffin tins.
- Top each cookie with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle each cookie cup with the crushed Oreo cookies
- Place cookie butter in a microwave safe container and heat it for about 30 seconds. Stir well.
- Pour a tablespoon or two of melted cookie butter over each of the prepared cookie cups.
- Put the cookie cups in the refrigerator for 12 – 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- I used this recipe to make sugar-free whipped cream. Or you can substitute store bought whipped cream.
