- 2 pounds sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup diced sweet (Vidalia) onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 red or green Jalapeno pepper, seeds and stems removed, finely chopped
- 1 cup good quality mayonnaise
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. You may need to adjust the amount of mayonnaise to get the desired consistency. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors meld.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use two Jalapeno peppers.
