Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Franks Red Hot)
- 1/8 cup coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoons red wine or substitute apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, crushed
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a measuring cup or mason jar and mix well.
- Place pork in a shallow baking dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Add marinade and put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour (and up to 2 days)
- Discard marinade before cooking the pork.
Notes
As with any marinade, the longer you soak the meat the better. I often make it the day before so that the pork soaks overnight. But if you forget, or are pressed for time, even 30 minutes in this marinade will impart some delicious flavor.
